Bank Negara Malaysia Museum and Art Gallery : Not Just About History

Sometimes you want to go out but you are so bored with shopping malls and want to do something different. Now here is the place that you should consider to visit if malls are not your outing spot for the weekend. Check out  Bank Negara Malaysia Museum and Art Gallery and I promise it is not a mundane place. Plus point, it is FREE entrance! Can walk in, no longer compulsory to book prior to visit. Only for group booking of more than 20 pax are compulsory. There are 6 galleries to observe and the venue is children friendly. They even have children’s gallery. What you need to know:- §  Though you can walk in, still need to register there. §  Parking is RM5. You can still go there by LRT Bank Negara or KTM Bandaraya. Though the walk seems to be bit far in my opinion due to a bit hilly pave for 10-15mins walk. §  A quick spot check on your bags/ hand carry. §  You cannot bring bags in the venue. Flower Therapy : How flowers tinge your emotions?

Flowers are always delightful to see, smell and touch. Imagine a garden of flowers that gather plenty of species, with green scenery as background. The various colours of fresh flowers bloom before the eyes. Naturally we smile. We awe. We appreciate. The nature somehow provide us calm and happiness. If we go to tulip fields, with colours of yellow, white, pink and purple serve in front of our eyes, we might have the urge to spread our hands and twirl, or feel like running thru the field freely, feeling light and easy.  What is it about flowers that can turn our hearts feeling calm and bliss?  “I can’t do this anymore.” In such a busy life, at one point of moment do we say these words at least once? What happen if we say too many times? If you let your body spiral down with feeling tired, without so much giving yourself a rest, you’re going to take a toll on your health. Work is good. Overwork is not.  You may think this is temporary but if you don’t give your body and mind some time to “switch off” from doing endless work, eventually you have to deal with burnout. It may not be seen at first, but over time your energy depleted, you feel very exhausted and slowly building up stress. Your work quality plummeted, your motivation rolling downhill. Soon, your life becomes disrupted and unbearable. As much work is important, health is paramount.  “I can’t do this anymore.” You say it again. 5 Tip kekalkan Motivasi Menjadi Freelancer

 Boleh dikatakan sudah setahun lebih saya melakukan kerja freelance ni. Sebenarnya ada perasaan pasang surut nak buat kerja ni. Kejap membara, kejap kaput. Kejap bersemangat, selang seminggu terasa malas pula.  Walaupun dah tau akan berlakunya rollercoaster feeling bila buat kerja sendiri, bila betul-betul melaluinya lagi rasa kesannya terutama part malas dan macam mana nak naikkan semula semangat tu. Lagi susah macam mana nak maintain momentum supaya semangat tak turun terlalu rendah.  Jika tiada motivasi dan hilang inspirasi, ia memang boleh mengurangkan produktiviti dan kreativiti. Mencari Servis Penulisan?

  Siapa perlukan servis penulisan ini? Pendek kata orang berbisnes paling ramai yang mencari servis menulis ni. Mereka sanggup bayar untuk penulisan yang bagus.  Selalunya mereka tiada masa untuk menulis, jadi mereka upah orang lain untuk menulis. Ada yang sediakan point penting.  Atau mereka ada idea tapi tidak pandai mengarang. jadi mereka mencari penulis upahan atau ghostwriter untuk tuliskan dengan lebih baik.  Penulis upahan akan lebih fokus, jadi penyampaian akan lebih 'sampai'. Business owner juga mencari servis penulisan untuk copywriting produk/servis mereka. Kata lain copywriting yang selalu saya dengar ialah ayat jualan atau ayat iklan.   Ada copywriting hard sell terus. Ada copywriting soft sell.  Saya recommend do both. Random: Sambil menulis, sambil educate

For a week, I researched and focus on valuable information about ADHD. I was tasked to prepare 3 articles on adult ADHD. Prior knowledge, I only know ADHD is diagnosed for kids. Now, you can get diagnosed of ADHD as an adult too. The topic is getting coverage in recent years for adults struggling with symptoms. They might not know earlier that those are symptoms when they were young. Until they work, they find themselves struggling to manage tasks at work, to focus on details and bad at time management. These just a few symptoms. Over time, they beginning to feel demotivated, depressed and having anxiety. When an adult could no longer live his live without "struggles" and every day seems hard even for simple routine, they finally searching for help. I am proud of having written articles that deal with adult ADHD. The client wanted the articles in Malay because she discovered the information and awareness in Bahasa Malaysia is not plenty. 6 Set Minda Penyelesaian Masalah (problem solving mindset)

Tidak kira anda seorang pemilik perniagaan, eksekutif, pengurus, pelajar atau suri rumah sekali pun, pasti anda kena menyelesaikan masalah dan mencari jalan penyelesaian. Saya huraikan 6 set minda yang anda perlu ada sebagai penyelesai masalah ( problem solver) . 1) Sentiasa ingin tahu Orang yang sukakan ilmu, dia sentiasa dalam keadaan sukakan pengetahuan baru. Bagi dia, perkara baru mengujakan minda. Pernah tengok kanak-kanak yang suka bertanya? Kanak-kanak bertanya macam-macam soalan untuk memahami apa, kenapa, bagaimana dan mana. Sebagai orang dewasa, perlu punyai karakter ini untuk kekalkan minda problem solving .  2) Bertolak ansur dengan sifat ketidaksempurnaan  Seorang problem solver , terutamanya leader , dia memiliki sikap mencuba pelbagai kemungkinan yang paling hampir untuk sebuah solusi atau jalan penyelesaian. Coffee & Me (and to all coffee drinkers around the globe)

I have been an avid coffee drinker for as long as I can remember in my adult time. I think I started coffeeing in university to get myself alert for morning classes, then I got to refuel for late night studies and before I knew it, I cannot live without one in my everyday consumption. Besides the bitter taste and aroma that I craze about, it energises me to do my work. I can focus and be attentive on completing my work. Somehow the brain works better with that caffeinated drink. Not only it tastes good and addictive, it somehow supports me on my everyday life. What I do not know is that coffee contains antioxidants. I always know antioxidants in fruits and vegetables, but coffee, it is something fascinating. More like a good news right? Antioxidants neutralise free radical and protect your cells from further damage. It carries a role in reducing inflammation in our bodies.
