Happy New Year 2022!

Dear 2021, it seems like a rerun of year 2020. Regardless, we still usher in 2022. Some renew hopes, some restarting life. With all that's happening in the world, we seek and pray for the best 😃

Resume Translation (English to Malay)

Few weeks ago, I managed to translate an English resume to Malay resume. What I learned from doing the job is on surface it was not just a mere resume. For a glance, I knew it was finance and banking industry. On a hunch, I thought it was a bit tiny easier than a translation job for an article. I was a tad wrong. If I could explain, the resume still acts like an article with related finance terms as one could write about finance industry.    The difference maybe an article will elaborate on terms and sometimes examples are used in the article. I usually grab some ideas of the meaning while reading it and helpful to search the intended terms. In resume, the terms are being used straight away, no explanation which is correctly resume intended writing. The nature of a resume is for the specific industry comprehension. Simple example, engineer resume is for the jobs in engineering or a lawyer resume is for the legal industry. As a translator, I have to absorb quickly the meanin

Corat coret Tiny House Malaysia

Ada apa dengan Tiny House? I suka tengok small houses dengan konsep yang semestinya minimalis. Ciri-ciri tiny house always look for space saving ideas. Maklumlah, keluasan selalunya more than 200 square feet and can go up to generally  600 square feet.  If you can imagine, the smallest one is somewhat 2 parking lots combined. Kecilkan?

Servis Mendengar

Random: Ada satu servis yang i rasa boleh wujud kat Malaysia ni. Servis luah perasaan or servis mendengar.  You can vent your feeling about your job dissatisfaction without being judged. You can even share your hobby that no one wants to listen to or even movies.  You just need someone to listen to your 15 minutes chat. You can share your frustration, your sadness, your sorrow or disappointment. You can also share your joy that you are not willing to share just yet to another person you know.  Express your feeling and feel relived afterwards.  A service like this is not to give you solution, but just to listen. Mendengar luahan anda buruk baik, sedih gembira. It is all about you. So that you can get it off your chest. So find me in FB messenger. i charge RM5 per 15 minutes via messages. i don't need to know your real name. Just start with hello and no hanky panky.  I can lend you an ear.
