Kajian ini mengaplikasikan bentuk penyelidikan secara kuantitatif. Menurut Given (2008), penyelidikan kuantitatif adalah statistik yang sistematik, matematikal atau teknik pengiraan; penyiasatan empirical melalui cara pemerhatian fenomena untuk membuat kesimpulan umum. Maklumat kajian ini akan dikumpul melalui tinjauan kaji selidik. Berdasarkan Fink (2003), soal selidik adalah satu sistem pengumpulan maklumat daripada atau mengenai orang ramai untuk menggambarkan, membandingkan atau menjelaskan pengetahuan, sikap dan tingkah laku.


This study will adapt a quantitative research design. According to Given (2008), quantitative research is a systematic statistical, mathematical or computational technique; an empirical investigation of observable phenomena to draw a general conclusion. Data for this study will be gathered through questionnaire survey. According to Fink (2003), a survey is a system for collecting information from or about people to describe, compare or explain their knowledge, attitude and behaviour.

 I recently attended a free Zumba class at the Decathlon PJ branch, which is part of their regular weekly activities that include Zumba, yoga, and more. These activities are often offered at a minimal fee, with occasional free classes for the community, perhaps once a month.
