Very rarely, mistakes make better outcome. But hey, this sarang semut made it to the rare list. Omputih panggil honeycomb caramel cake. The mistakes : accidently put extra butter and extra condensed milk in the batter. The outcome: extra moist and extra ‘sarang’ texture, and fairly sweet. Thank God.   The simple formula A= 1 cup sugar + 1 cup hot water + 100g butter Heat a cup of sugar until caramelised. Then add a cup of hot water. Be careful. It caused “firecrackers” in the pan. Keep stirring until it dissolves to be a caramel syrup. Put aside for a while. B= 4 eggs + half tin of condensed milk + a cup of wheat flour + 2 teaspoons of baking soda + 1 spoon of vanilla essence. Break the eggs in a bowl. Stir. Add condensed milk. Stir. Add flour. Stir. Add baking soda and vanilla essence. Stir.   Then pour A into B. Stir the mixture. Leave the batter for an hour. I did this on a traditional stove with fire. Steam it for a 45 minutes up to an hour, medium heat. Che

Telah mendapat kepercayaan untuk mengedit sebuah artikel dan disuntik dengan keywords berkaitan niche klien. Artikel seo lebih mahal sedikit daripada artikel biasa kerana kata kunci yang digunakan lebih search-relavant jika seseorang mencari info berkaitan. Sometimes you want to go out but you are so bored with shopping malls and want to do something different. Now here is the place that you should consider to visit if malls are not your outing spot for the weekend. Check out  Bank Negara Malaysia Museum and Art Gallery and I promise it is not a mundane place. Plus point, it is FREE entrance! Can walk in, no longer compulsory to book prior to visit. Only for group booking of more than 20 pax are compulsory. There are 6 galleries to observe and the venue is children friendly. They even have children’s gallery. What you need to know:- §  Though you can walk in, still need to register there. §  Parking is RM5. You can still go there by LRT Bank Negara or KTM Bandaraya. Though the walk seems to be bit far in my opinion due to a bit hilly pave for 10-15mins walk. §  A quick spot check on your bags/ hand carry. §  You cannot bring bags in the venue. Flowers are always delightful to see, smell and touch. Imagine a garden of flowers that gather plenty of species, with green scenery as background. The various colours of fresh flowers bloom before the eyes. Naturally we smile. We awe. We appreciate. The nature somehow provide us calm and happiness. If we go to tulip fields, with colours of yellow, white, pink and purple serve in front of our eyes, we might have the urge to spread our hands and twirl, or feel like running thru the field freely, feeling light and easy.  What is it about flowers that can turn our hearts feeling calm and bliss? Being around nature have benefit us with pleasant feeling. The colour and the smell of flowers, even the shape and texture of flower, once we touch and feel them, can stimulate positive emotions.  That is why candles and aromatherapy have scents of floral fragrances. Why is digital marketing is important in Malaysia? I share secara random dan santai je. Sebab utama ialah murah berbanding traditional marketing like advertisements in television and billboard.  In fact, the most efficient, easy and far reaching to potential customers memang menggunakan platform media sosial. I believe almost everyone at least has one social media account. So if nak reach customer baru, digital marketing memang marketing 101 bisnes kena ada.  Nak maintain customer pun senang dengan regular engagement dalam social media.  Announcement, promotion and community reach pun can be done formally in these social media.  In fact, nak say sorry pun can be laid out in these mediums.  Quite a few times I went to Super Saigon in TTDI for its delicious pho and iced coffee. I always ordered these. After Covid, I forgot about this place and one of these days, the memories of having hot beef noodle soup came clouding in my head. It had been years.  One day, when my friend and I were in Jalan Semarak KL, we thought of having lunch in some restaurant around. Vietnamese pho came to mind again.  When I ‘googled’ the branches… Yeay! There is one in Ampang and it is around 15 minutes away.  Since we went on Sunday, parking was not a hassle. This was our first time eating at Super Saigon Ampang and we loved the ambiance. The place is bigger than the one in TTDI and less crowded. We loved the feel of it already. I ordered the long craving of pho. I thought I wanted iced coffee but there was another drink of coconut iced coffee. Since I like to try and explore new taste, I ordered the drink.
