5 Tip Rutin Harian Yang Mudah diamalkan untuk Pembangunan Diri

Apa rutin anda setiap hari? Bermula daripada bangun tidur, menjalani waktu siang hari sehingga tidur semula? Kita mungkin tidak perasan bahawa habit yang kita buat setiap hari menjadi rutin harian kita. Bagaimana rutin harian menyumbang pembangunan diri?

Contoh, seseorang yang suka minum kopi setiap pagi, jika dia tidak dapat minum kopi panasnya, ia boleh mengganggu rutin kerjanya. Ia seperti kekurangan sesuatu dalam aktiviti hari itu. Produktiviti dia boleh terganggu.


Saya kongsikan di sini contoh rutin yang nampak remeh tetapi bagus dan mudah untuk diamalkan:-

1-Sejurus bangun dari tidur, kemaskan tempat tidur kita dan bersihkan diri. Kehidupan bermula jika katil anda kemas. Ia setkan minda bahawa hari ini telah bermula. Bukankah lebih menyegarkan jika anda mandi sebelum memulakan hari anda? 


2-Minum segelas air masak sebelum makan apa-apa selepas bangun pagi. Ia bermanfaat terutama untuk kesihatan usus. Ini adalah rutin mudah untuk dilakukan.


3-Jika anda bekerja, catit apa yang perlu anda lakukan keesokkan harinya supaya anda tahu apa yang patut anda buat. Ia seperti senarai tugas atau senarai semak anda.

Pada masa yang sama, anda tidak membebankan minda dan boleh fokus kepada masa bersama keluarga. Keesokkan harinya anda boleh terus merujuk catatan itu dan memulakan tugasan mengikut keutamaan.


4-Gaya hidup sihat bukan sahaja melalui rutin senaman tetapi pengambilan makanan seimbang juga sangat penting dalam rutin harian kita. Jika kita sihat, produktiviti kita meningkat.

Lebihkan sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan, kurangkan pengambilan karbohidrat dan gula berlebihan. 

Pengambilan sarapan pagi juga penting, jangan abaikan sarapan pagi ya. Bersenam pula tidak perlu setiap hari, cukuplah minima 3 kali seminggu.


5-Hiburkan diri anda atau luangkan masa untuk ‘me time’. Cuba selitkan sekurang-kurangnya 15 minit ke 30 minit sehari. Anda tentukan waktu yang paling sesuai dan pastikan tiada gangguan pada waktu itu. 

Mungkin seawal pagi di mana tiada ahli keluarga yang bangun dahulu atau membeli air kegemaran dan duduk menikmati masa emas itu. 

Boleh juga mendengar musik yang boleh menaikkan semangat anda atau menenangkan minda anda. 

Ia mampu menyegarkan minda supaya anda senyum semula apabila keluar dari zon ‘me time’ itu. 


Rutin harian mengajar kita disiplin diri. Jika kita bertanggungjawab terhadap diri sendiri, pasti kerja kita yang lain akan lebih teratur dan efektif. 

Rutin yang baik dan dilakukan secara konsisten, membantu pembangunan diri. Sedar atau tidak, tabiat yang baik akan menyumbang kepada produktiviti positif. 

Begitu juga jika tabiat yang tidak elok diamalkan, lama kelamaan akan mengganggu fokus kita. Sebagai contoh, jika kita selalu tidur lambat, badan boleh menjadi lesu dan akhirnya mengganggu kesihatan.

Putaran rutin membantu kita mengamalkan sesuatu dengan lebih baik dan teratur.  Percayalah, rutin yang bagus akan memberi impak positif pada aktiviti-akiviti kehidupan kita.
