Social purposes are now trending alongside increasing environmental sustainability, that makes businesses more relatable and making real human connections. This is where marketing and customer experience intersect.


Customers today have a greater tendency to support businesses that stand for something real, not just those focused on convincing people to buy. Hence, marketing that listens and builds authentic trust through real stories makes the customer experience more meaningful and enriching.
