MAJOR FIRE INCIDENT AT SUNRISE ENTERPRISES HEADQUARTERS: SWIFT RESPONSE AND SAFETY MEASURES ENSURE NO CASUALTIES


Johor Bahru, [1 Feb 2023] - Sunrise Enterprises experienced a major fire incident at its headquarters located in the heart of Johor Bahru. The incident occurred on 20 June 2023 at approximately 10.30am and resulted in damage to a section of the building. However, thanks to the quick and efficient response of our emergency teams and the cooperation of local authorities, there were no reported casualties or injuries.

Upon detecting the fire on the 10th floor of our headquarters, our well-trained emergency response team immediately activated the evacuation procedures. The safety of our employees and visitors is our utmost priority, and we are grateful for their calm and orderly response during the evacuation.

We commend the Johor Bahru Fire Department for their prompt arrival at the scene and their exceptional efforts in containing the fire. Their expertise prevented the fire from spreading further, thereby minimizing the damage to our building and neighbouring structures.

As the investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing, Sunrise Enterprises is fully cooperating with the authorities. We assure all stakeholders that we are committed to ensuring a safe working environment for our employees and will take all necessary measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.

During the restoration process, Sunrise Enterprises will be temporarily relocating its operations to its contingency site. We will work diligently to resume regular operations as soon as possible and minimize any potential disruptions to our valued clients and partners.
